Is There an Official 8th CPC Salary Structure PDF Yet?
No. The 8th Central Pay Commission was constituted on 3 November 2025 under Justice Ranjana Prakash Desai. It is still meeting employee federations and pensioner associations across states. Recent sittings were in Chennai (7–8 Sept), Puducherry (9 Sept) and Chandigarh (16–18 Sept 2026), and Bengaluru (7–8 Oct) and Mumbai (22–23 Oct) are next. The Commission has not published any pay matrix, fitment factor or salary structure. Its report is due within 18 months, i.e. around May 2027.
When the official document comes out, it will appear on 8cpc.gov.in first. The final, binding pay structure will then be notified by the Ministry of Finance (doe.gov.in) in the Gazette of India. We will add the official PDF link to this page on the day it is released.

Method: each projected cell is the 7th CPC cell × fitment factor, rounded to the nearest ₹100. The 7th CPC matrix is rebuilt with its official rule (each cell = previous × 1.03, rounded to ₹100), which matches the official maximum of every level exactly.

As of 25 September 2026, the 8th Central Pay Commission is still holding consultations and has not announced a fitment factor, pay matrix or allowance rates. Every 8th CPC figure on this page is a projection built from the official 7th CPC pay matrix and the scenarios discussed publicly. It is not an official government tool. How to Spot a Fake "Official" 8th CPC PDF
- Check the date. No official 8th CPC pay matrix can exist before the Commission submits its report (expected around May 2027).
- Check the source. Genuine documents come from 8cpc.gov.in, doe.gov.in, dopt.gov.in or egazette.gov.in, not from WhatsApp forwards or unknown websites.
- Look for a notification number. Real pay rules carry a Gazette notification number and a signing officer's name.
- Compare with the demands. A file showing exactly ₹69,000 minimum pay is usually just a copy of the NC-JCM demand, not a decision.
